VP - Bank Regulatory
Monday, March 28, 2011 at 1:58 PM Exciting opportunity to join a Regulatory Capital Reporting team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising the preparation of regulatory capital information for internal management reports and regulatory filings, including quarterly Federal Reserve Board filings for both Basel I and Basel II (FR Y-9C, Schedule HC-R, and FFIEC 101). The candidate will also be involved in the development of systems and solutions geared towards enhancing the firm’s regulatory reporting flows, automating data gathering processes and developing analytical tools.
A very high profile team involved in a wide range of areas/issues and involves interaction with many other areas of the Firm.
The main tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Supervising staff in the preparation of BHC Regulatory Capital information; working closely with the details of the BHC capital computations
- Developing workflows and reconciliations as they pertain to the computation
- Extensive participation in systems development
- Responding to ad-hoc requests from senior management, regulators, or other areas of the firm
- Interacting with other areas of the firm including Corporate Treasury; Market, Credit and Operational Risk; Product Control; Technology; and Financial Reporting.
