We have a thorough screening process based on more than twenty years of experience – this means that we weed out unqualified candidates so that you as the employer won’t have to waste time interviewing them.
Our thorough screening process makes it more likely that we’ll catch sometimes overlooked skills deficits or personality mismatches that can lead to poor hiring practices.
You will be assigned one recruiter who will serve as the single point of contact for all of your needs. This recruiter will manage the entire process from start to finish, handle the interview and salary negotiation process, secure the candidate’s start date, and facilitate the transition of the candidate into his/her new role with your firm.
